The Workouts
OutFitness believes that workouts should be functional, challenging, and fun. Our gym has the equipment and resources to cater to a variety of different workouts. Every workout is different, so you will never be bored here at OutFitness!
The Barbell, Kettlebell, and Dumbbell
We have 2 standard barbells, and 4 specialty barbells to meet the needs of all of our clients. Our main focus starts with technique, and transitions to strength and power as the client gets more comfortable. All of the barbell movements are functional, and functional fitness continues to be the most efficient way to get strong, and stay strong!

Additionally, we have dumbbells ranging from 5-35 pounds, and kettlebells from 8-88 pounds that we use for a variety of functional movements, as well as to continue to get an elevated heart rate!



Cardio
We love to hate it, but OutFitness makes it fun with the use of a rower and Assault Bike. We also have access to a field across the street, where we flip tires and do track workouts. We also run around the neighborhood, and do fun exercises, such as hill sprints, 400 meter runs, and more. Come check out what the fun is all about!
A Little About Our Gym Mascot
Rufus is a gentle giant that has been part of our team since the beginning. He has been with Sydney for over 2 years, and he has shown his passion for working out since that day.
